The upcoming "Treehouse of Horror XXV" episode of the Simpsons, set to premiere on Sunday, features an anime-inspired short based on the popular psychological horror thriller Death Note. According to one of the episode’s writers, Treehouse of Horror XXV is filled with anime Easter eggs.
